Manhattan, Kansas: Central National Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Casee Robidou to Retail Field Manager.
Robidou is from Dwight, Ks and graduated from Council Grove Junior Senior High School. With over a decade of customer service and management experience, Robidou started with the bank in 2025 and quickly established herself as a leader. She thoroughly enjoys banking and providing a positive customer experience daily. Casee embraced excelling in every opportunity provided internally and naturally emerged as a leader not only in her field but the entire retail team at Central National Bank.
While at Central, Robidou has taken on increasing responsibilities and demonstrated strong leadership, a commitment to customer service, and a passion for professional growth. In her new position, she will help support retail teams while continuing to build strong customer and community relationships.
“I first became a manager at age 18,” said Robidou. “Team leadership has always been a passion of mine and something I excel at. I’m excited to take on this new role at Central.”
In her free time, Robidou enjoys spending time with her cat, reading and crocheting; but she looks forward to becoming more involved in community organizations and continuing to expand her banking knowledge through the Kansas Bankers Association’s banking schools and a variety of local leadership programs. “We’re pleased to promote Casee to management,” said John Legg, SVP of Retail at Central National Bank. “She has provided our Manhattan customers with exceptional service since she joined the team. I know her leadership, expertise and dedication to building relationships and mentoring her team will have a positive influence on our customers and community.”
