Salina, Kan. – Central National Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Justine Budke to Regional Retail Manager.
Budke joined Central National Bank in 2020 as a part-time Personal Banking Representative and in 2022, she was promoted to Field Manager in Salina. She graduated from Leadership Salina in 2022 and completed the Advanced School of Banking in 2025, further strengthening her banking expertise and leadership skills.
“My time as the Field Manager in Salina has given me the opportunity to work alongside a talented team dedicated to providing excellent service and value to our customers and the communities we serve,” said Budke. “I look forward to bringing that same perspective to this role and continuing to support our employees as they create meaningful relationships with customers.”
